As I was the one paying for her stay I was not notified of her being removed by the front desk agents. My guest who was from arizona was treated very rudely and kicked out of the hotel over a payment issue. I have been a customer service front desk agent for 10 years and would never behave as they did over the same issues. It pains me to write this as a hilton honors member who has stayed a handful of times before this because I genuinely liked the hotel and the rest of the staff and had never had any problems up until now. mainly due in part to the front desk agents Nina and Rhonda. Through December 29 all the way up until January 1 I did not have a pleasant experience.
